This Oushak vintage rug brings a vivid, graphic rhythm to a long narrow format, measuring 5' 4" x 14' 1". Circa 1925 - 1940, it presents a rich red field anchored by three large hexagonal medallions in gold, cream, blue, and dark plum, with a lively border of floral rosettes and small geometric forms. The surface shows balanced age and gentle fading that soften the palette without muting its character. Its proportions make it especially compelling in a hallway, along the side of a room, or beneath a long dining table.
