Circa 1965 - 1980, its surface layers red, rust, brown, and cream into a lively field of stacked motifs, from stylized hands and camel-like figures to diamond medallions and small starbursts. The narrow central stripes bring rhythm, while the outer borders frame the piece with a tactile, embroidered quality.
