This vintage rug measures 2' 6" x 6' 3" and brings a vivid, hand-drawn energy to a narrow floor or wall. Circa 1970 - 1985, it layers dark ground tones with bright red, orange, pink, cream, and green embroidery-like motifs that feel both structured and improvisational. The composition is divided into tall vertical bands, with floral medallions, angular fields, and zigzag borders creating a rhythmic surface full of movement. Visible fraying at the edges and soft overall wear lend it a lived-in character without diminishing its graphic impact. The softened surface retains a quiet, tactile character shaped by time.
