This vintage Jajim, Circa 1955 - 1970, measures 2' 5" x 6' 5" and carries a graphic, textural presence in a slender format. A dark ground is overlaid with a repeating lattice of diamond-like medallions, while pink and white/cream threads soften the composition with a hand-drawn rhythm. The surface shows visible age with scattered wear, faded areas, and small irregularities that add to its layered character. Its elongated proportions make it well suited to narrow spaces, where the pattern can read as both structured and quietly expressive. This vintage rug retains a considered, tactile character.
