This Mahal antique rug measures 10' 7" x 13' 8", and carries the quiet complexity that develops through age and wear. The field is softly erased, yet still reveals an allover arrangement of floral and geometric ornament framed by a layered border and corner details. Cream, neutral, muted blue, and taupe tones sit beneath generous fading, giving the surface a chalky, time-softened character.
