This Caucasian antique rug measures 3' 6" x 13' 3" and presents a long, narrow field of stacked geometric medallions rendered in cream, brown, rust red, and muted green. The composition is animated by crisp angular outlines, small tribal motifs, and a repeated border of flower-like reserves that lend structure to the whole. Visible wear has softened the contrasts and opened areas of the field, giving the surface a faded, lived-in depth.
