Ravar Kerman shows a patient allover floral composition worked in a quiet neutral and brown wool palette. The repeating boteh and palmette motifs move across a long, architectural field with an attendant floral border that frames the design. Time has softened the pile into a tactile, low-distress surface where subtle abrash and even fading reveal the weave’s layered colour. This antique rug reads as both graphic and restrained, the scale lending measured rhythm to its motifs. Size 11' 9" x 24' 0" retains presence without excess. Circa 1890 - 1910.
