This Heriz is a study in architectural geometry, its bold central medallion set within a field of serrated cartouches and stylised floral fillers. Woven in wool, the surface balances warm rust and gold with deep navy and small accents of green; low distress preserves a soft, tactile pile and gentle abrash that reads like lived-in colour. The wide foliate border frames the composition with repeated rosettes and linear guard bands. An antique rug that feels both vigorous and composed. Circa 1900 - 1915. Dimensions: 8' 6" x 11' 2". The softened surface retains a quiet, tactile character shaped by time.
