An Agra in restrained, sun‑bleached tones, this wool antique rug measures 9' 0" x 10' 2". A delicate central medallion and sprigged vine work sit within layered geometric borders, the design rendered in cream, beige and warm tan. Surface wear has softened the motifs and produced subtle abrash across the field; the pile reads as a tactile, timeworn surface that emphasizes hand and age. Circa 1890 - 1910.
