An elongated Heriz runner woven in wool, the field composed of a repeating geometric floral lattice in navy, deep teal and muted rust framed by narrow guard borders of angular motifs. The low-distress surface reads tactile and dense, the palette softened by warm ivory highlights and subtle abrash. This antique rug retains a strong graphic presence despite even, age-appropriate wear and slightly softened fringe terminals. Circa 1900 - 1935. At a precise 2' 6" x 9' 0", the scale and durable wool pile convey provincial craft and a considered colour balance that feels both rooted and approachable.
