This Agra is a quietly elegant wool piece, its ivory field threaded with cream and dusty-rose floral sprays that form a restrained palmette-and-vine composition. A series of narrow guard borders frames the field, their beige and taupe tones mellowed by time. The surface shows medium distress and a soft abrash that reads as patina; pile wear has smoothed motifs without erasing their refined geometry. The weave’s tactile, lived-in surface and muted palette make this an antique rug with a calm, heritage presence. Circa 1900 - 1915. Size: 8' 9" x 11' 6".
