A Heriz with a broad ivory ground and a resolute geometric grammar, woven in wool and measured at 7' 3" x 10' 3". The field reads as a cascade of angular medallion fragments and stylised palmettes, balanced by a deep navy and red outer border and green and gold accents. Surface wear is minimal, preserving a tactile, low-sheen pile and clear motifs that read at any scale. This antique rug feels both architectural and hand-wrought, its palette softened by subtle abrash and time. Circa 1900 - 1920. The softened surface retains a quiet, tactile character shaped by time.
