An elegant Ravar Kerman in wool, the field organized into repeating boteh (paisley) motifs across a warm cream ground. Elongated botehs read in ordered rows, their interiors filled with fine floral sprays while a layered floral meander fills the background. Multiple guard and main borders carry floral rosettes and muted blue and rust accents that frame the composition. The surface exhibits low, even wear and a soft, tactile pile that preserves restrained abrash and a quietly aged character. This antique rug reads as measured and textural, a study in refined pattern and subtle colour. Circa 1915 - 1930. Dimensions: 9' 0" x 11' 1".
