This Caucasian antique rug measures 4' 1" x 9' 2", with a long, narrow field built around stacked diamond medallions and sharp tribal geometry. Wool in brick red, faded blue, ivory, camel, and navy gives the composition a grounded, weathered clarity. Multiple borders frame the centre with small repeating motifs and angular guard patterns, while the interior shows visible fading and abrasion that soften the contrasts without losing structure.
