The field is softly worn, with a warm rust ground, faded rose notes, cream reserve, and accents of blue that lighten the composition. A large central medallion anchors the design, while the surrounding floral elements and palmette border remain readable through the aged surface. The wool pile shows medium distress and gentle fading that lend the piece a quiet, lived-in depth. Circa 1900 - 1920, it offers a balanced mix of ornament and restraint.
