This Mahal antique rug measures 10' 10" x 16' 4" and presents an allover floral field softened by age. The palette moves between neutral ground, muted green, dusty blue, and faded rust, with layered botanical motifs that read with a gentle, timeworn blur. A narrow border frames the composition while the centre remains open and balanced, giving the piece a quiet breadth. Woven in wool, it carries medium distress, with visible fading and wear that lend depth and atmosphere. Circa 1915 - 1930. The softened surface retains a quiet, tactile character shaped by time.
