This Caucasian antique rug in wool measures 3' 2" x 4' 10" and presents a richly layered field of repeating round medallions set against a dark ground. The palette moves between rust red, deep navy, cream, and muted blue, with the border bringing a steady rhythm of geometric bands and small decorative accents. Visible wear has softened the central drawing and lifted the surface with a lived-in hand.
