This Caucasian antique rug measures 3' 5" x 4' 8" and presents a richly layered field of geometric motifs, small floral accents, and angular forms set against a dark ground. A red outer border and narrow multicolour inner border frame the composition with strong contrast, while blue, green, ivory, rose, and gold notes move across the surface with lively rhythm. The palette feels both saturated and time-softened, with visible wear that lends the piece a supple, collected presence.
