Its field has been softened nearly to haze, leaving only traces of floral tracery and a faintly articulated border to emerge through the wool. The palette stays within ivory, cream, and muted neutral tones, with gentle blush undertones at the perimeter. High distress and extensive fading give the piece a luminous, textile-worn surface.
