An elegant silk Kysari rendered in a whisper-soft palette of cream, ivory and pale beige. A pictorial panel of horses, attendants and a low rocky skyline sits beneath slender, stylised trees, the imagery softened where the silk has gently worn. A narrow floral guard border and a lower vase motif remain legible against a burnished ground. Medium distress produces subtle abrash and threadbare passages that reveal the rug’s quiet tactility and history. This antique rug maintains an intimate, refined presence at 4' 0" x 5' 9".
