This Donegal presents an airy neutral field punctuated by stylised palmettes and rosettes, linked by delicate vinework and sparsely placed floral medallions. A broad red guard border frames cartouche-like squares and botanical motifs in cream and muted accents, the wool pile showing low, even wear and a soft, tactile finish. The restrained palette reads as timeworn and considered, each motif softened by gentle abrash.
