A narrow Sarab runner woven in wool, its neutral field warmed by soft cream and brown notes and punctuated by three deep medallions. The composition pairs stepped geometric forms with delicate floral spandrels and a series of narrow vine borders, all held in a restrained palette that reads calm and tactile. Surface wear is low, lending a refined patina that reveals hand-aged colour shifts without loss of structure. This antique rug measures 3' 6" x 11' 6" and carries a quiet, archival presence. Circa 1885 - 1900. The softened surface retains a quiet, tactile character shaped by time.
