This Kysari antique rug in silk measures 7' 10" x 10' 0" and presents a finely worked, painterly field of red, gold, and softened neutral tones. Three arched panels hold elegant tree forms rising from a vase, while floral ornament and multiple borders gather the composition with a richly layered cadence. The silk surface gives the design a subtle sheen and a luminous, tactile finish. Low distress is visible in the softened palette and lightly worn edges, which only deepen its quiet character.
