This Tabriz antique rug measures 3' 3" x 5' 0" and presents a layered field of ivory, cream, warm brown, deep red, and muted blue-green. A serrated central medallion anchors the composition, while small floral and geometric motifs surround it with remarkable balance. The borders are finely drawn, with striped and angular outer bands that add rhythm and structure. Woven in wool, it carries low distress and a softened surface that speaks to age without losing clarity. Circa 1945 - 1965, it offers a composed, heritage-rich presence with tactile depth and a well-resolved decorative language.
