This Bibikabad antique rug measures 7' 0" x 17' 0" and carries a quietly layered field of floral motifs, framed by a restrained border and softened by time. Wool in neutral brown, cream, white, and muted taupe gives the surface a dry, aged calm, while traces of sage-like colour remain in the worn centre. The composition reads as balanced but deeply faded, with high distress that has blurred the pattern into a hushed, atmospheric whole. Circa 1925 - 1945, it offers the grounded character and patina that define an expressive Bibikabad.
