This Tabriz antique rug measures 8' 3" x 11' 8" and reads with a layered, timeworn softness that lets its floral structure emerge in flashes of blue, cream, white, and muted rust. An ornate border frames an allover field of scrolling palmettes and small floral details, now gently faded into a calm, atmospheric composition. The surface shows medium distress, with broad wear that mutes the central motifs and deepens the sense of age.
