This Chinese antique rug, measuring 2' 0" x 4' 3", presents a restrained field of cream and neutral tones anchored by blue and teal ornament. A compact central medallion is surrounded by stylised floral forms, stepped corner brackets, and a geometric border that gives the composition a measured, architectural rhythm. Round emblem motifs punctuate the outer border, adding contrast and visual cadence.
