An allover floral field sits within a narrow floral border, its pattern softened by age into a calm, layered composition. The surface shows medium distress, with broad fading and abrasion that flatten the colour and lend a matte, timeworn texture. Circa 1900 - 1930, it reads as refined yet relaxed, with a long, narrow profile and a subdued rhythm that highlights the rug's graceful wear.
