This mallayer antique rug measures 3' 0" x 12' 7" and presents a long, disciplined field softened by time. Repeating floral geometry unfolds beneath layered brown and cream borders, while the surface reads in weathered neutrals, ivory, and taupe. Circa 1910 - 1935, the composition feels quietly structured yet visibly aged, with medium distress, fading, and an abrash-like wash that lifts and dissolves the pattern in places.
