This Mallayer antique rug measures 2' 10" x 14' 1" and carries a long, refined field of repeating floral-geometric forms in blue and green against a softened neutral ground. The border work is quieter, allowing the central panel to read with steady rhythm and faded elegance. Areas of abrasion and patchy wear create a gently distressed surface that feels lived-in without losing its structure.
