This Mallayer antique rug measures 5' 9" x 11' 5" and carries a layered, timeworn field of muted teal, brown, and ivory against a neutral ground. The allover floral composition is gently dissolved by age, leaving the central pattern softly legible beneath pronounced wear and fading. A narrow floral border frames the piece with quiet structure, though it too has been softened by use.
