The indigo and neutral border bands frame the design with refined, small-scale floral registers. Low distress preserves the pile and the pattern’s clarity while soft abrash and gentle color shifts give the surface a lived, tactile quality. The piece reads as an antique rug with thoughtful presence and restrained patina, finished in a muted gold and brown palette that punctuates the composition. Circa 1900 - 1915. Measures 6' 6" x 8' 7".
