Stylised medallions, palmettes and delicate floral sprays are arranged with an airy, almost modern rhythm, the palette of neutral, red, cream and white toned by subtle abrash. Low distress preserves a soft, tactile surface and quiet aged depth. This antique rug reads like a well-loved textile, its composition and faded hues reflecting careful use and time.
