This Khotan antique rug measures 4' 10" x 9' 3" and presents a richly faded field in red and pink, framed by cream and white borders that soften the composition. A sequence of medallions runs down the centre, balanced by geometric corner brackets, floral accents, and scrolling border work that reflects the region's refined decorative language. The wool surface shows low distress with an even, timeworn hand and gentle edge wear.
