This Khotan antique rug, measuring 6' 10" x 12' 11", is woven in wool with a restrained yet intricate field of floral and geometric motifs. A softened ivory ground carries red and pink ornament, while the layered borders add warmth and structure through denser patterning. The central medallion anchors the composition without overwhelming its open rhythm, allowing the design to feel balanced and measured.
