This Kerman antique rug measures 11' 9" x 24' 0" and presents a softly worn allover field of floral arabesques, scrolling vines, and a faded medallion spine. Wool lends the surface a restrained, tactile depth, while the cream ground is washed with brown, taupe, and muted sage notes. The border remains legible yet heavily aged, framing the composition with a quiet architectural rhythm. Its high distress gives the whole piece a diffused, time-softened character. Circa 1920 - 1940, it carries the layered calm and decorative intricacy for which Kerman rugs are known.
