This Khotan antique rug measures 8' 10" x 17' 4" and presents an allover lattice of round floral medallions in softened coral red against a warm beige ground. The border work is finely tiered, with scrolling vine details that frame the field in a quiet, orderly rhythm. Woven in wool, it carries a low-distress surface with visible fading and age-softened colour that lends depth without overwhelming the design.
