This Khotan antique rug measures 4' 6" x 9' 1", presenting a softened palette of pink, red, and neutral tones over a muted blue-grey ground. The composition is finely ordered, with a central geometric field, branching floral lattice, and layered borders that frame the design with quiet clarity. Floral and meander details give the piece its distinctive Khotan character, while the low distress leaves the surface comfortably worn rather than heavy with age.
