This Khotan antique rug measures 4' 7" x 7' 0" and presents a restrained field of cream and pale beige, lifted by dusty rose borders and quiet brown motifs. A central medallion anchors the composition, while small geometric and floral forms drift across the surface with a measured, open rhythm. The border is finely drawn, framing the field with a soft architectural calm. Circa 1920 - 1935, the wool pile shows medium distress, with visible fading that lends the piece a washed, tactile depth and an understated, heritage-rich presence.
