This Kurd antique rug measures 3' 4" x 10' 10", with a tall, narrow format that draws attention to its layered field and border arrangement. A restrained palette of ivory, cream, muted teal, taupe, and softened brown gives the piece a quiet, weathered presence, while the central column of geometric medallions and diamond lattice reads with subtle rhythm. Repeated guard borders and narrow decorative bands frame the composition with balance. Visible fading and medium wear lend it a lived-in surface and softened detail. Circa 1950 - 1965.
