An Oushak of soft scale and restrained geometry, this antique rug presents a warm gold field punctuated by a low-contrast coral-hued medallion and delicate mirrored outlines. The open field and minimal border allow the motif to read with calm clarity; subtle color shifts and a tactile wool pile give the piece a quiet modernity despite visible age. Surface abrash and medium overall distress create a muted patina and gentle pile loss that emphasizes the central design. The edges show light wear consistent with use. Measurements are 9' 6" x 12' 3". Circa 1950 - 1965.
