An elegant Bijar in wool, this antique rug measures 8' 3" x 11' 6" and carries a quietly weathered presence. A large elongated medallion settles into a dense field of repeated floral motifs while layered floral borders frame the composition. The palette reads warm neutral, brown and old red with soft abrash that gives the surface a tactile, lived-in depth. Medium distress has blended pile and softened edges, revealing a restrained, heritage-minded geometry beneath the wear.
