The field presents a faded central medallion and scattered star-like and floral cartouches, contained by a multi-band border with sinuous motifs. Surface abrasion and gentle abrash lend the piece a quiet, lived-in patina; medium distress is visible but the design remains composed and serene. The palette's softened reds and neutrals, punctuated by pale highlights, reads as a time-softened colour study. This antique rug measures 4' 0" x 6' 9" and offers a tactile, matte wool presence.
