This Oushak presents a soft, patinated field of neutral gold and faded pink, its large-scale floral and palmette motifs dispersed across an open central ground. The wool pile shows medium wear and gentle abrash, the wide border rendered in coral-red outlines that read like a timeworn drawing. Handwoven character remains legible beneath an even, tactile fade, the surface lending a warm, muted presence. An antique rug of substantial scale, the piece measures 12' 5" x 19' 3" and retains a quiet, crafted dignity. Subtle red accents trace the floral outlines and anchor the composition. Circa 1890 - 1910
