Finely scaled vine motifs and palmettes spread across a warm ground, framed by coral-red spandrels and a deep navy floral border. Hand-woven wool retains a satiny hand; low distress and subtle abrash lend an even, sun-washed patina. Exact dimensions 8' 8" x 11' 9" are provided. This antique rug reads as measured and lyrical, its restrained palette and detailed ornament speaking to sustained craft and age. Circa 1890 - 1920.
