An Oushak of generous scale, rendered in a warm coral-pink field and pale neutral border that reads like a faded textile painting. The composition pairs large palmettes and flowing, stylised vines with a broad guard border punctuated by rosette roundels. Wool pile retains a soft luster; wear is low and surface abrash lends a lived-in softness to the palette. This antique rug measures 8' 2" x 11' 3" and carries the quiet patina of time without heavy loss. Circa 1900 - 1920, its presence is at once tactile and restrained, an object of subtle craft and age.
