The composition is dense yet legible, with scrolling vines, rosettes, and palmettes moving across a red ground softened by age. Cream, blue, and muted green accents brighten the surface without breaking its composed tone. The wool pile shows low distress and an even, timeworn character that gives the design a quiet depth.
