This Farahan Sarouk antique rug measures 8' 1" x 12' 2" and presents a layered Persianate field with a strong central medallion, floral infill, and a richly worked border. The faded indigo ground is lifted by dusty rose, ivory, muted teal, and warm beige, creating a soft but grounded palette with quiet depth. Wool lends the surface a tactile, timeworn hand, while the medium distress gives the composition a mellow, atmospheric finish.
