This Seneh antique rug measures 4' 2" x 6' 5" and presents a finely worked field of geometric blossoms, small medallions, and repeating border motifs in a softly worn palette. Light blue grounds cream, rust, brown, and olive accents, giving the composition a balanced, weathered clarity. A central stepped medallion anchors the design, while the surrounding lattice of floral forms adds rhythm and depth. Circa 1915 - 1935, the surface shows low distress and a mellow patina that enhances its tactile character without diminishing the structure of the pattern. The softened surface retains a quiet, tactile character shaped by time.
