Floral cartouches and scrolling palmettes are crisply drawn yet mellowed by age, the hand-dyed tones creating subtle abrash across the field. Low, even wear preserves pattern clarity while giving the pile a soft, tactile nap. The composition reads as traditionally Sivas, structured, decorative, quietly worn, an antique rug that balances saturated colour with a calm, aged surface. Circa 1900 - 1915.
